MEDICALS

Medicals require a Doctors note on letter head signed and dated.   These can be emailed to me asap.  ALSO you are required to Med back in.  Same rules apply!!

VISUAL MED OUTS

These can be done visual with the horse or athlete infront of a judge and our President.  This also requires a signed and dated Doc's note on letter head before entering another rodeo.

Stall: $ 25.00 per stall, NO Self Penning Allowed OR tying to trailers!!! IF you have NOT pre-booked these yet please do so ASAP.  They will charge you a late fee if Stalls and camping are not booked before April 9, 2018.  Please refer to the email I sent out to link to the pre-ordering site.  You must go on and create your own account for all pre-bookings.

These are NOT mandatory that day users purchase a stall but it is recommended.  Tying to the steel under the seating bowl is permitted but space will be limited.  

Bagged Shavings $7.00 per bag. You CAN bring your own.

Overnight camping fee $40 per night.  Power hook ups, showers/restroom on site. This is on a first come bases.  Parking is accessible Thursday Pm April 19, 2018, for those of you that are JR/HS parents. 

IMPORTANT:  AFTER THE APRIL 9TH ONLINE CLOSING DATE FEES WILL INCREASE.

STALLS $35/ day

OVERNIGHT CAMPING $50/night AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.


**RODEO PERSONNAL MUST PURCHASE THEIR CAMPING SITES AND STALLS THROUGH THE ONLINE SERVICE AND QUALIFYING POSTIONS REIMBURSED BY THE CHESTERMERE AG SOCIETY DAY OF RODEO AT THE RODEO OFFICE** OK I JUST GOT THIS CLARIFIED:  This ONLY APPLIES to the ARENA DIRECTORS, RODEO SECRETARY, JUGDES, STOCK CONTRATORS, INVITED VIPS (Not sure about that one?) Anyhow, so to answer some questions, no it's not to parents or event directors.

EACH CONTESTANT will receive one infield/lot 25a/b parking pass.  If guests require parking in the regular parking in the reqular lots, please purchase a pass.

Riding Arena:  No riding in the arena Friday or Saturday morning.  Committee will be setting up and running stock.  ALSO committee may open up times closer to the date depending on weather and outdoor arena conditions.

Warm-up in the outdoor arena weather permitting.  If the weahter is uncooperative there will be short warm up times prior to each event in the Haymaker.

    • If you need clarification on a specific rule ask your event director or one of the executive. 

    • Reminder to wear back numbers and be in proper western attire while competing and all helpers in the arena must also be in western attire.
