Contestants must be checked in by 6pm Thurs 

July 25th
7pm mandatory meeting in the grand stands
7:30pm Team pictures infront of bucking chutes

July 26th
8am - Reined cowhorse/Cutting
11am - Junior Performance
3pm - Senior Performance
*Payouts available an hour after each performance*

<Volleyball on Firday night at the adjacent school grounds> 
Look for the sign up sheet at the mandatory meeting. 
Open to contestants and they can ask a family member to join them in playing

A must each rodeo...signed and dated for the weekend of the rodeo by your principal and parents.

Notification of a turn out must be given prior to 48hrs before the rodeo. 
Any turn out notified or not notified after the 48hr time limit will be fined your entry fee x 2.

MEDICAL OUT RULES
You must present a Doctor's note stating that you cannot compete, there are no fees or fines for a medical release.
You must present a Doctor's note stating that you are able to compete and cleared to return to competition after you have been a medical out of a rodeo.
