Please make sure to review both platforms regularly as updates may be posted leading up to the event.

🔹 Contestant Bio

Be sure to update your bio in your membership profile. This will be used by the announcer during the finals.

• Log in at: https://nhsra.equestevent.com/
• Click “Edit My Profile” in the top menu
• Scroll to the bottom right of the page to find “Announcer Biography”
• Max 200 characters

🔹 Check-In – Stettler Ag Society Main Entrance

• Parent Release Form must be filled out and ready to hand in at the gate.
• Contestant Packages (program, laminated back number, contestant hat, and more) will be distributed at the gate. Thank you to the Stettler Ag Society for laminating all back numbers!
• You will be directed to stalls and parking – please be patient and respectful with all volunteers and attendants.
• Check-In Deadline: Friday, June 6th at 10:00 AM
• Mandatory Contestant Meeting: Friday, June 6th at 10:00 am at the Main Grandstands

🔹 Nationals – Be Prepared

If you qualify, be ready to decide whether you will attend National High School Finals Rodeo in Rock Springs, Wyoming – July 13–19, 2025.

• Full details available on the NHSRA Website – please review carefully.
• BOTH Parent signatures are required on the entry form and MUST be signed by a Commissioner of Oaths. 

🔹 Nationals Signups – SUNDAY, JUNE 8

Location: AgriPlex
Time: Starts at 1:00 PM — Do not arrive earlier

• All decisions MUST be made on Sunday. No exceptions.
• A Commissioner of Oaths will be on site on Sunday for signups. 
• We need confirmation from the Top 4 before processing roll-ups.
• After your event(s), notify the office of your Nationals decision by:
  • Texting YES or NO with your name and event(s) to 780-305-9640, or
  • Visiting the Nationals Desk in the AgriPlex

🔹 Special Notes for Cutting, RCH, Light Rifle & Trap Contestants

If not staying for the full rodeo, you have 2 options:

1. Return Sunday to complete your signup
2. Fill out all paperwork before leaving and hand it in to the Provincial Secretary (office under the grandstand)

🔹 Forms & Payments

• Top 4 Qualifiers: May take a full contestant package
• 5th–8th (Roll-Ups): May take photocopies of forms only
• If submitting forms, be prepared to etransfer payments on Sunday – include your phone number for payment instructions.

🔹 Nationals Gear

Optional Purchases:

• Qualifier Jacket – $310 USD + add-ons
• Qualifier Banner – $55 USD
  (Top 4 may purchase even if not attending; Roll-Ups attending may also purchase)

Required Purchases for All Nationals Contestants:

• Team Alberta CINCH Shirt – $66.00
• Team Alberta T-Shirt – $28.00

🔹 Provincial Champions

Will receive a banner from AHSRA to hang in their school or community center.
A second banner may be purchased if desired.
