IMPORTANT DATES
AHSRA members are required to meet some specific deadlines throughout the year. Failure to meet various deadlines may result in being blacklisted, not allowed to compete at regular rodeos, loss of scholarship funds, and disqualification from the provincial finals. Please be aware of all deadlines at the beginning of the season.
august 1st
Memberships open July 1st each year. We offer membership rates at a reduced rate for the month of July. After August 1st, memberships go up $50.
We encourage all members to complete their memberships as soon as possible in the year. Any member who uploads their paperwork after August 1st will be assessed the $50 late fee.

- Members must purchase and upload all forms before August 1st to avoid $50 price increase.
- Membership prices increase $50. Any memberships purchased before August 1st that do no have paperwork uploaded will be assessed an additional $50 late fee.
- 1st payout date for Grad Scholarships
- 2nd Payout date for Grad Scholarships Claims
- Deadline for current year memberships.
- All membership forms must be uploaded by this date.
- Memberships will not be processed past this date.
- Report card deadline.
- All members must upload a current report card to their National High School Rodeo Association membership profile.
- Raffle tickets are due. Money and Tickets must be postmarked or returned to district coordinators by April 1st.
- * Failure to return raffle tickets by the deadline will result in contestant disqualification from the Provincial Finals. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
- Scholarship applications must be received by the Raffle / Scholarship Coordinator (or postmarked) by April 1st.

𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 / 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬!
If you have not received your member welcome email, you will not be able to enter rodeos in EQuest. You can check your membership account - the status needs to be "Submitted" in order to enter rodeos.
- A few people have mistakenly uploaded their membership documents to the EQuest entry system, but they need to be uploaded to the NHSRA Membership system - the same place you purchased the membership. If you are waiting for your membership welcome email, and are sure you have uploaded your documents, please double check and make sure you have put them in the correct system.
- Team event entries - EQuest has added a new feature that shows any partners who have NOT entered in RED. If your partner is showing RED, you may want to follow up and make sure they enter.
- When you are entering a rodeo, the first screen may have only shooting, cutting or reined cow horse events - just click NEXT and you will see the next days and all the other rodeo events. The optional events always show on the first page, you can just move past them if you are not entering them.
Any D2 members wanting to enter Stettler must have their membership processed by Tuesday (tomorrow) at 7 pm. Do not leave it until the last minute! If you are unsure and want to double check, please contact Pam at the office at 780-305-9640 or ahsraoffice@gmail.com.
AHSRA Memberships must be purchased and all paperwork uploaded at least 24 hours prior to entries closing, to allow for processing. So don`t leave it until the last minute.
- Entries for the first D2 Rodeo are Aug 12-14
- Entries for the first D1 and D3 Rodeos are Aug 19-21
Wow - the memberships have been FLYING in the last couple of days! Due to the sheer volume, it will take several days to get through all of them. Please be patient - we`re still a couple weeks away from the first rodeo entry deadline.
If you`re concerned about late charges, don`t worry, all documents are time stamped in the system. If corrections are needed, you`ll be notified by email, but you won`t be penalized as long as the documents were uploaded by August 1st.
Membership prices will go up $50 at midnight tonight.
