In this clip, AHSRA alumni Aubrey Ross talks about the flashy red shirt she wore in Grand Entry as the first princess to AHSRA Queen Kally Wills β and laughs about the fact that it was the first time sheβs ever rocked fringe. β€οΈβ¨
While Aubrey has no plans to run for Queen in the future (despite Auntie Jamie always suggesting she should π), both she and Steve agree that Miss Kally Wills has done an amazing job representing Alberta at Nationals β and that being Queen takes far more work than most people realize.

In this final clip, Team Albertaβs super fan, Steve Bishell, closes out his last interview β and you can hear the emotion in his voice. Thereβs reflection, gratitude, and a deep sense of pride as he talks about watching Aubrey Ross grow into the competitor and role model sheβs become.
With Steveβs youngest son, Nathan, now graduated and moving on, this truly marks the end of the road for Steveβs chapter with AHSRA. After years of supporting, cheering, interviewing, and championing Team Alberta kids, this is his final sign-off.
A full-circle moment β for Aubrey, for Steve, and for everyone who has been part of this journey.

Committees have until January 15 to submit spring rodeo sanctions.
You may not see the full spring rodeo list on our website until after this date.
π Scholarship Payout β Cycle #2
If you have already been awarded a scholarship and would like to have it paid out on this cycle, please submit your payout request before January 15.

π€ FEBRUARY 1 β Membership Deadline (New Members Only)
This applies to contestants who:
β’ did not purchase a membership in Fall 2025, and
β’ did not compete in the fall season,
β’ but would like to compete in the Spring 2026 season

π MARCH 1 β Report Card & Principal Form
All members must upload the following to their
National High School Rodeo Association (NHSRA) membership profile:
β Semester 1 Report Card
βor a school letter showing current grades
β Signed Principal Form
As of 2025, the Principal Form is uploaded online rather than submitted at rodeos.
It is uploaded in the same place as report cards in your NHSRA profile.

Tickets and money must be returned to your Ticket Coordinator β by April 1.
