Steve “Team Alberta’s Super Fan” caught up with Emma Golden after her second breakaway run at Nationals 🎤
She put in the work — watched her calf ahead of time, knew what to expect, and even though it came out a bit stronger than anticipated, Emma stayed sharp and got the job done. Two clean runs ✅
She’s now sitting 9th in the WORLD with a 7.24 on two head — and with just two performances to go, she’s hoping to hold strong and make the Top 20 for a shot at the short go 🌍🔥
But Emma isn’t done. She’s also representing Alberta at the Student Delegate Meeting, where candidates are giving their final speeches and the voting takes place to elect the next youth leadership team for the NHSRA 🗳️
Breakaway roper. Leader. All-around class act.
We’re proud of you, Emma — and we’re cheering loud all the way from Tiger Lily 🇨🇦

Steve “Team Alberta’s Super Fan” caught up with Abby Domoslai, a 4x National Light Rifle finalist and Cutting qualifier, after wrapping up her events in Rock Springs. 🇨🇦
Abby’s grit and grace shone through as she reflected on a tough go this year—but true to form, she’s taking it all in stride. Nationals has taught her so much, and she’s already planning to use that knowledge to help the next wave of Alberta competitors chase their shot at the big stage. 🙌
She’s not done. Not even close.
We’re proud of you, Abby. And Steve is cheering loud, as always.

Steve caught up with Team Alberta trap shooter Justin Kronschnabl, who shot a new personal best of 93 at Nationals — just 2 points shy of the short go! 💥
He powered through every kind of Wyoming weather and kept his focus locked in. With his eyes already on next year, Justin’s ready to reload and return even stronger.
Well done, Justin — Team Alberta is proud! ❤️💙

Performance 10 Recap – Rock Springs, WY
🌄 Friday morning came in tough, and Team Alberta met it head-on.
Let’s be honest — the second round isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s been a long haul, and this morning tested every bit of grit Alberta had left in the tank. But tired or not, they showed up. And that’s what champions do 💪
We’re proud of every single one of them for digging deep, backing into the box, walking into the alley, and giving it their all ❤️
Grace Havens – 28.317
Levi Hunter – 12.98
Emma Golden – 3.99
Nathan Bishell
Kayle Hankins & Wiley Cumming
Teytan Thomson – 36.738
With eight of our own holding strong in the Top 20 average, Alberta is still right in the thick of it 🔥 It’s not about placings — it’s about heart, hustle, and the courage to keep stepping up when it counts.
Let’s finish strong. Don’t weaken, Alberta 💙❤️
